Dan Phillips, is a seasoned investigator with 35+ years of specialized expertise in law enforcement, counterintelligence, and threat management across military, federal, and corporate domains. As Principal Investigator and Owner of Wilson Investigations, LLC, I provide discreet, results-driven investigative services to attorneys, public defenders, and private clients—drawing on a career that spans military police operations, federal security assignments, and defense contracting.

My investigative focus includes litigation support, workplace violence prevention, and the protection of sensitive information and intellectual property. I’m known for navigating complex cases with precision, discretion, and a deep understanding of legal and operational frameworks.

I am a graduate of the FBI National Academy and a recognized expert. I’ve contributed articles to law enforcement publications and contributed to national policy and standards development as a member of the ANSI Standards Committee to include:
