Dan Phillips, is a seasoned investigator with 36+ years of specialized expertise in law enforcement, counterintelligence, and threat management across military, federal, and corporate domains. As Principal Investigator and Owner of Wilson Investigations, LLC, I provide discreet, results-driven investigative services to private and corporate clients, attorneys, and public defenders,—drawing on a career that spans military police operations, federal security assignments, and defense contracting.

My investigative focus includes stalking/Insider Threat/workplace violence prevention, litigation support, corporate counterintelligence support and the protection of sensitive information and intellectual property. I’m known for navigating complex cases with precision, discretion, and a deep understanding of legal and operational frameworks.

I am a graduate of the FBI National Academy and a recognized expert. I’ve contributed articles to law enforcement and security publications and contributed to national policy and standards development as a member of the ANSI Standards Committee to include:

- Workplace Violence Prevention and Intervention-(ANSI/ASIS WVPI AA-2020)

- Organizational Resilience, Security, Preparedness, and Continuity (ASIS SPC.1-2009)
